There are a lot of big rigs travelling from the south and digging the potholes and trenches even deeper.

Had a great shrimp dinner at Campo Cesar (Marias').

Only a few vehicles through from the south and no reports on the road condition.

Still selling gas at the Pemex in Puertecitos (no one there from 12 to 2). Check with the lady at the gate for info.

Great deals at Costco in Mexicali, and they accept your American cards ... best bets are the pharmacy, liquors and cigarettes.
