Filing a bug report

First

Prepare information such as:

On which computer/printer/terminal do you experience the problem?
When did you experience the problem?
Is the problem replicable? If it is intermittent, is there any pattern to the occurrences?
If the problem lies with a piece of software, what error message (if any) is given?


Now

Send mail to:   systems*  Include a thorough description of the problem and the information above.
