Major Exams: 
Midterm on Tuesday, October 31. 

Final exam on Friday, 12/15/2006 from 11:30am to 2:30pm in STAT B650. 

Note: All exams will be comprehensive. Calculators may not be used during exams.


Course Components: 
400 points for daily homework assignments and quizzes, 

300 points for the midterm exam, 

300 points for the final exam. 

Grading: 
9001000 points are required for the grade A, 

800899 points are required for the grade B, 

700799 points are required for the grade C,

Attendance Policy: 
Students are expected to attend every lecture and all meetings of their discussion section.
Work missed due to absence or lateness cannot be made up.
In particular, no late work will be accepted and there will be no makeup exams.
