In this paper,  "Toward a Classification of Real Compact Solvmanifolds with Real Symplectic Structures", 
we give a program to classify 
the compact complex (or real) non-nilpotent solvmanifolds with holomorphic (or real) symplectic structures from the nilpotent ones with the same dimension.
