I am now currently working in the Aerospace industry. I graduated with my PhD from the University of California, Riverside in the Mathematics department in Spring 2019, specifically from the Applied Mathematics group. In May 2013, I graduated from the University at Buffalo, SUNY with a BS in Mathematical Physics, and a BA in Mathematics. In March 2015, I was awarded my MS in Applied Mathematics from UCR.

My general research area has been development of computationally accurate and efficient methods for solving partial differential equations that arise in various applications. My undergraduate senior honors thesis was in the field of numerical relativity, specifically approximating gravitational waveforms from black holes, under the guidance of Professor Jae-Hun Jung. During my PhD my research included numerical methods for hyperbolic conservations laws, and stochastic differential equations, under the guidance of Professor Yulong Xing. I also was a Research Assistant in the Economics department, under the guidance of Professor Richard Arnott, studying traffic congestion, as well as a Research Assistant under the guidance of Professor Mark Alber, working on multi-phase models for blood clots.
